Reiki Energy

I’m also a Reiki practitioner, rooted in the teachings of Mikao Usui, who developed Usui Reiki Ryoho as a path to wholeness through the cultivation of life energy — Reiki meaning "universal life force."

At its heart, it is less a technique than a practice of presence: the practitioner channels this energy through their hands, supporting the recipient's body in releasing what no longer serves and returning to its natural state of harmony.

Reiki is always as much spiritual as it was physical. A session is quiet, non-invasive, and deeply restoring — an invitation to come back to yourself. Reiki can help with:

A complete full-body Shiatsu session working through the meridians to release tension and restore energy flow. Best suited for everyday stress, work-related tension, mild fatigue, and those new to Shiatsu. If your body is asking for a reset, this is where to start.

For those carrying more than surface tension. This session works through persistent muscular pain, postural imbalances, emotional stress, burnout, depression, sleep difficulties, or recurring headaches and migraines. The extra time allows the body to process more deeply — not just relax, but really shift.
